Terem makes the AFR Fast 100 List 2nd Year Running

1 Nov 2018 by Scott Middleton

For the second year in a row, Terem has placed in the top 50 of the AFR Fast 100 for 2018. To qualify for the list an externally verified measure of growth is required and I am proud to announce that Terem has continued on our growth trajectory.

But this success is not just Terem’s.

Terem exists to help our clients develop and build the most technically robust and commercially viable digital products possible.

Terem has achieved our growth solely through successfully delivering products to market for clients. We only succeed if our clients succeed because Terem has never taken on external funding or debt.

Thank you to everyone who has played a part in Terem’s success thus far: our current team, our clients, past team members, our expert network and our advisors.

Since last year’s AFR Fast 100 placement Terem has achieved the following milestones:

Grew our team from 20 to 30 (and still growing). Terem’s team has grown to include every specialist needed to create, lead and deliver great products to market: software engineers, UX analysts, product managers, business analysts, quality assurance,  delivery managers and client experience specialists. Everyone at Terem strives for quality outcomes every day – this is the second pillar of Terem’s company philosophy.

We’ve invested more in the success and experience of our clients by creating a “Client Experience” division.

Terem has signed panel and master agreements with some of Australia’s largest enterprises and most well known government agencies.

Embedding diversity within Terem’s talent pool and leadership team.  It leads to strong, diverse opinions – part of the fifth pillar of Terem’s philosophy. A more diverse workforce puts Terem into an even stronger position to grow and innovate. We’re proud that:

  • Terem’s executive team is 66% women;
  • The number of women hired at Terem increased by 64% in 2018;
  • Terem’s team members are from seventeen different countries, all working out of our Australian offices.

A final thank you to each and every client, partner, employee and contractor that has chosen to work with us. Terem remains as committed as ever to helping Australian organisations develop new and exciting tech products.
