Qantas Vaccines

  • Qantas needed to create safer travel environments for their passengers. A vaccination incentive program was created to reward their Frequent Flyers for being COVID-19 vaccinated.

  • Terem built a vaccine certificate validation API to support the reward program and help Qantas verify its passengers vaccination status.

Achievements

  • The API delivery allowed a new feature on the Qantas mobile app to enable members to apply for the vaccination rewards.

  • Delivered 1 week ahead of the 6 week timeline with 15% of the budget remaining.

  • Ranked 7th for daily downloads on launch day.
