  • Qantas Loyalty needed to redevelop the Qantas Points mobile app for better customer engagement. The current Qantas Points iOS mobile app is end of life.

  • Terem set out to develop a mobile app to be downloaded by Android users, allow for new feature updates, display notifications, show geolocation, and provide location context via proximity Beacons.

Achievements

Terem presented a proof of concept mobile app for Android that is able to replace altogether or use code base to upgrade the current iOS mobile app. The app also creates reusable components for future versions, which eases future deployment and costs.
