Terem was engaged by the Coca-Cola Accelerator’s Sydney office to improve the user experience for a new tech start-up centered around a mobile app.
“Terem’s outside the box thinking and ability to understand what a user really needs combined with great knowledge of technology led to a much better user experience.” says Franki Chamaki, a co-founder at the Coca-Cola Accelerator. For this engagement a tailored version of Terem’s Lean User Experience process was followed. An initial brainstorming workshop is held to talk about the vision for the product, target customers and their profiles and the major user journeys. A Terem consultant then captured the thinking from the workshop and converted it into a high-level set of wireframes.
The high-level wireframes were then used as the basis for a subsequent workshop to discuss potential approaches and refine the concept further. The refinements from this workshop were then used to produce a detailed set of user stories, wireframes, process diagrams and other requirements.
After several iterations through user experience the Coca-Cola Accelerator was satisfied with the result and the project was ready for graphic design and then development.
